Denise, I want to take a couple of minutes to say “Thank you”!  As you know salespeople don’t like change.  When I brought you in to conduct your ongoing sales training for my team it came with a bit of push back. As you learned, my team is a unique group of professionals with a varying amount of experience.  They range from young talented, developing sales people to veteran, experienced, long tenured reps.  Many of my experienced reps felt that they already had the sales skills needed to be successful and that taking the time to do a sales training would have no benefit.  This was a point hard for me to argue, especially when they are putting millions on the sales board every year.    But, I knew that they would benefit from some sales training especially after reviewing your proposal.  After 3 months, we just completed your program and I can honestly say that the feedback from my team was extraordinarily positive!   Believe it or not your Monday morning trainings came with excitement and eagerness to attend.   

MASTER Selling Method is not your standard sales training.  The approach is far from sales basics, but rather a very in depth and systematic approach to selling.  I couldn’t believe the detail from handshakes, appropriate dress, to analyzing the prospects personality traits and buying styles.  Your course really took us deep in to the psychology of the sale.  Even my most tenured 64 year old sales rep, explained that he learned many things during the course.  I look forward to making this course a regular program for my new reps.  Feel free to use me as a reference any time! I took the course, Master Selling Method. For me, the take-home messages rang loud and clear: selling is a step-by-step, scientifically definable process. Whereas collective wisdom argues that "you've got to kiss a lot of frogs...", Denise demonstrates selling is a skill that needs deliberate refinement. That's really empowering. I'm not a back-slapping, jovial, sales-y person by nature. But I know I can follow routines, sequences, and understand patterns to achieve what I want.
